Left 2 pairs of glasses in my hotel room in Paris, emailed the hotel, they confirmed that they had found them. Front initial contact to receiving them back was approximately 36 hours. Excellent service.
Great spot in Ravenna. I would like to thank the housekeeping staff and Alisa at the front desk. A small pouch with cash slipped out of my baggage and I left it behind when I checked out. They reached out to me immediately and made every effort to get it returned to me successfully!! Great staff and location. Thanks Alisa!!
