How it works

There is nothing better than a quick process of returning lost and found, to avoid downtime and wasted energy. Our intuitive interface makes the job of hospitality staff simple and quick, and is perfect for satisfy to your careless guests. With an easy and fast procedure, the item is entered into the system, and when the guest has chosen the destination and any optional services and has paid for the shipment, the documents and the label are generated and must be applied to the parcel. As soon as possible, the courier will come for the pick-up, and each step is followed by the tracking system in real time.

Our customer service is available to accommodation facilities to help them with special shipments such as for example voluminous objects, shipments consisting of numerous parcels, jewels and other objects of great value.

Furthermore you can use our service for your own shipments such as Christmas gifts, shipments of promotional material, sending products for repairing. For shipments that do not concern items forgotten by guests accommodation facilities are entitled to a further 10% discount compared to the normal rates applied for lost and found items.
