Expert, Efficient Service! I left a newly purchase gold cross necklace in the hotel room at San Gallo. The hotel manager contact my tour director from EF Tours to let me know that I had left the necklace. Then the hotel manager made arrangements for my necklace to be shipped to my home in the United States within a few days! I truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism and effectiveness in which this entire incident was handed!
