I left an iPad at the Hotel Mercure in Chambery. The hotel found it, contacted the leader of our group and forwarded a form from Lhost which was clear and easy to complete. The whole return to the next hotel on our tour took less that 48hour and Ltour kept me informed of the progress. The price was fair and I was most impressed by the company.
