I left an item in a Hotel in France. The Hotel was good enough to arrange the return by LHost. I paid the fee required. There was a choice of fee, with or without a minimum amount of insurance cover and a choice of delivery time either before or after 12 noon. The item was delivered to my home before 12 noon as requested. The item was carefully and securely wrapped and I was more than pleased with the Service. So grateful to get the item back.
