When the guest of an accommodation facility forgets an object, we notify him, we agree everything regarding the shipment (delivery address, insurance, type of shipment, etc.), and once the guest has paid for the shipment we generate all documentation and the shipping label, then we collect the package and deliver it worldwide, with the best international couriers (DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX). Extremely efficient service. Speed and quality of shipment management are its strong points, from collection to delivery. Not exactly "economical" due to a "small" oversight, but then again, a lost & found service must meet the primary needs of finding the item and speedy delivery.
